Draft for owner review · November 6, 2026
These terms describe shopping and commissioning work from Adam Green Design. Please read them with the product listing, your written quote, the FAQs, artwork policy, and Privacy Policy. A specific written project agreement controls the details of that project. Nothing here removes consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
Ordering and accurate information
You must be legally able to enter a purchase agreement. Provide accurate contact, delivery, and project details, and check them before submitting. A custom inquiry is a request for a quote, not an accepted order. Availability and feasibility must be confirmed before custom work is scheduled.
Products and handmade variation
Read the listing for dimensions, materials, finish, included components, intended use, and whether an item is ready to ship or made to order. Handmade pieces may vary in grain, texture, brushwork, and minor details. Screens can display colors differently. These natural differences do not excuse an item that is defective or materially different from its description.
Pricing and payment
The price, currency, shipping charge, and any applicable tax should be shown at checkout or in the written quote before payment. Custom orders require full payment before work begins unless a written agreement specifies otherwise. The custom quote includes the agreed design work and shipping. Additional work or changes require an updated price and your agreement before proceeding.
If a listing contains a material pricing or availability error, I will contact you to resolve it. I will not charge a higher price without your agreement. If an order cannot be fulfilled and you do not accept an alternative, the unfulfilled order will be refunded as required by law.
Custom scope, proofs, and revisions
The written quote should confirm dimensions, materials, design direction, included revisions, deliverables, and the estimated production schedule. Where a proof is provided, check spelling, dates, colors, layout, and measurements carefully. Approval authorizes production of that proof. Changes after approval may affect cost and timing, and must be agreed in writing. Approval does not waive responsibility for production errors or defective goods.
Production and delivery
Production time and carrier transit time are separate. The listing or quote should state the expected shipping timeframe and any conditions such as receipt of artwork or proof approval. Tell me about event deadlines before ordering; a requested date is not guaranteed unless expressly agreed.
If I cannot ship within the promised timeframe, I will contact you with a revised estimate and the choices required by applicable law, including consenting to a delay or canceling for a refund of unshipped merchandise. Carrier estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates unless an appropriate guarantee is specifically offered.
Shipping addresses and delivery issues
Check your delivery address and contact me immediately if it needs correction. Changes may not be possible after dispatch. Any extra shipping charge caused by an agreed address change or reshipment will be discussed before it is charged. If tracking shows a problem or a package is missing, contact me so I can investigate with the carrier. A tracking scan does not automatically resolve every delivery dispute.
Damaged, incorrect, or defective items
Email adamgreendesign@gmail.com as soon as reasonably possible with your order details, a description of the problem, and photos of the item and packaging if available. Keep the packaging while the issue is reviewed. I will work with you on an appropriate repair, replacement, or refund under applicable law. A short reporting request does not override your statutory rights.
Returns and cancellations — proposed policy
For Adam’s approval before launch: For eligible, nonpersonalized ready-made items, request a return within 14 days of delivery and send the item back within 30 days of delivery after receiving instructions. Items should be unused and adequately packaged. For a change-of-mind return, the buyer pays return shipping; original shipping is not refunded unless required by law. Seller-error or defective-item return costs are handled by the shop as required by law. Refunds go to the original payment method after receipt and inspection; the payment provider controls posting time.
Proposed custom-order approach: Personalized or made-to-order pieces are not eligible for change-of-mind returns, except where required by law. Contact me promptly to request cancellation. Before work or material commitments begin, the proposed policy is a full refund. After work begins, only reasonable, documented charges for completed work and nonrecoverable materials disclosed in the accepted quote may be retained, subject to law; any remaining balance is refunded. Defects, incorrect items, and legally required cancellation rights are separate from this restriction.
Care and safe use
Follow the item’s care and installation instructions. Unless a listing expressly states otherwise, artwork, dioramas, and props are decorative display pieces, not toys, protective equipment, or functional weapons. Keep small or fragile components away from young children and pets. Ask before exposing a piece to weather, moisture, heat, or direct sunlight. Use mounting hardware appropriate to the piece and surface.
Artwork and website use
Submit only materials you are entitled to use. Buying a physical piece does not automatically transfer copyright or editable files. See the artwork and intellectual property policy for details. Do not misuse this website, interfere with its security, submit unlawful content, or copy protected work without permission or another legal basis.
Privacy and outside services
Information handling is explained in the Privacy Policy. External websites, social networks, payment services, and other providers have their own terms and practices. Never send payment-card details through email or the custom-order form.
Questions, problems, and changes
Please email adamgreendesign@gmail.com first with an order question or concern so I can work toward a resolution. Updated terms apply prospectively; they do not silently change the terms of an already accepted order. Applicable law continues to govern rights and remedies.
Before launch — owner review: Approve the proposed return and cancellation policy, confirm the business’s legal identity and required contact disclosures, selling destinations, production estimates, revision allowances, and fulfillment process. Obtain legal review appropriate to where the business and customers are located. Remove draft labels only after these decisions are settled.
