Information you provide

I receive the details you submit, such as your name, email, phone number, shipping and billing addresses, order information, and correspondence. Custom requests may include your budget, intended use, measurements, uploaded artwork, and reference photos. Please send only information needed for your project and obtain permission before sharing another person’s photos or details.

Website information and cookies

This website is hosted by Squarespace. Hosting and security services process technical information such as your IP address, browser and device details, pages requested, and referring pages. Squarespace analytics may also record visits and interactions to help me understand how the site is used.

How information is used

I use relevant information to respond to questions, prepare quotes and proofs, make and deliver orders, provide support, keep business records, prevent misuse, and meet legal or tax obligations. If you provide a phone number for project updates, it may be used to communicate about that request.

Orders, payments, and service providers

Information needed to operate the site and fulfill your request is handled by Squarespace and relevant service providers, such as payment services, email services, and shipping carriers. When online payments are available, payment credentials are handled through the payment service offered at checkout. Please never send card details by email, social message, or the custom-order form.

I may disclose information when legally required or reasonably necessary to address fraud, protect rights, or resolve a dispute. I do not sell customer contact lists.

Email updates and your choices

Marketing emails are sent when you subscribe or otherwise give the required permission. You can unsubscribe using the link in an email or contact me for help. Order and project messages may still be sent when needed to fulfill your request.

Photos, reviews, and social links

I will request permission before publishing a customer-submitted review or photo with identifying information. Tell me if a project is confidential or a surprise before work begins so we can agree on any portfolio restrictions. Social links take you to services with their own privacy practices.

Retention and security

I keep information for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose it was collected, customer support, recordkeeping, legal obligations, or disputes. Retention varies with the record and applicable requirements. I take reasonable precautions to protect information, but internet transmission and storage cannot be guaranteed completely secure.

Privacy requests

Depending on the law that applies, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, obtain a copy of, or restrict certain uses of your information. Email adamgreendesign@gmail.com with your request. I may need to verify your identity and retain information required by law. You can also ask a question or raise a privacy concern at that address.

Children and international visitors

This shop is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has supplied personal information, contact me so I can investigate and take appropriate action. Service providers may process information in the United States and other countries where they operate.
